Just made it in time to join in with Jules's Sunday Scrap challenge. Jules has set herself the task of making something each Sunday using only pieces from her scrap box, and invites anyone to join in. So here's mine.
I've punched the flowers from scraps of coloured vellum, and given them glitter glue centres. Unfortunately the colours don't show up very well in the photo. The leaf is left over from yesterday's card. The background papers have been in my scrap box for so long I can't remember where they came from, but I think the patterned paper is by Hot Off The Press. The girl stamp is by Innovative Stamp Creations, and the border is one of my new Nestie-compatibles from Waltzing Mouse. The sentiment is by Katzelcraft.
I found this quite a difficult challenge, but I've got so many bits to use up, I'd better have another go next Sunday!

Hi Lynne
Oh a brilliant make.
No need to rush .. .. it is Sunday scrap day for me but you can use your scrap any day.
I just find that I need to be strict with myself and allocating a day makes me think more about using some of it up.
Love what you have done here and the little vellum flowers are gorgeous.
It isn't an easy challenge but it does get easier as more ideas get put forward by follow bloggers and there is such a sense of achievement at the end too.
Thanks for joining in and inspiring everyone.
Love Jules xx

Hi Lynne, this is very special love it. hugs chris xx
A beautiful card, Lynne. What worries me is that if I made 50 cards from scraps you probably still wouldn't be able to tell I'd used much!!!
Your card is lovely Lynne. I especially love those vellum flowers and the colors.
TFS!!

This is so pretty Lynne. Another of my blog buddies making me feel guilty, lol! Seriously, the card doesn't look to be made from scraps because the colours are just right and those flowers are gorgeous.
Hugs
Lesley Xx
